JEOMJGAS prepares for publication the Georgian Mathematical Journal and the Memoirs on Differential Equations and Mathematical Physics which are the journals founded by the Georgian Academy of Sciences, following the integrated scientific policy worked out by the international editorial boards of these journals.

JEOMJGAS functions under the Physics and Mathematics Department of the Georgian Academy of Sciences and is directed by the editorial council whose chairman is Professor Ivan Kiguradze, Academician of the Georgian Academy of Sciences.
