PURPOSE OF THE SCHOOL AND WORKSHOP
This School and Workshop, directed towards graduate students,
postdoctoral fellows and researchers, is intended to provide an introductory
set of lectures, where both physical and mathematical nature of the subjects
and methods will be emphasized. Last week will be devoted to a Topical
Workshop, which is an expansion of series of International Workshops "Selected
Topics of Theoretical and Modern Mathematical Physics", held in 1991 and
1996.
The School is intended for graduate students, postgraduate
and postdoctoral fellows, and this year will concentrate on the following
topics:

Quantum groups and integrable systems

Quantization of constrained systems

Low dimensional quantum field theories

PARTICIPATION
The School is open for scientists from all places. As a rule,
travel and subsistence expenses of the participants should be covered by
the home institutions.

FINANCIAL CONDITIONS
The registration fee of the Meeting is: 100 USD. Accommodation
cost (covering full board lodging) is 40 - 80 USD per day.
TRANSPORTATION
The regular daily flights to Tbilisi are available from
Moscow as well as regular weekly flights from Frankfurt, Istanbul, London,
Tehran, Tel-Aviv and St. Petersburg, Zurich (details about flight shedules
and visas will be posted here latter).
